In this episode, we will discuss the four different parenting styles: Authoritarian, Permissive, Negligent + Authoritative. I will unravel what each of these means, and allow listeners to discover what parenting style their parent offered to them in their upbringing. We also discuss commonly found self-limiting behaviors/thoughts found in adults whose parents offered similar parenting styles, and discuss ways we can rewire those prompts. I also talk not being a fan of high school, being present, appreciating and finding beauty in our surroundings + share a short meditation practice with you guys.
