    Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy criticized the United Nations' ineffectiveness to prevent Russia's invasion in a recent speech to the UN Security Council, urging Russia to be removed from the council or should otherwise be "dissolved." FOX News Senior International Correspondent Rich Edson discusses the probability of removing a permanent member, and states what steps would need to be taken if the UN decided to rewrite the rules of the Council.

  • Sen. Gillibrand: Time To Create A National Academy For Cyber Defense

    On Wednesday, the FBI disclosed that it had disrupted a Russian cyberattack, which could have posed a major threat to U.S. intelligence and digital infrastructure. This move comes amid the Biden administration placing harsher economic sanctions on Moscow including individual sanctions on Vladimir Putin’s daughters. With American cyber defense even more crucial to homeland security, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) has long been advocating for the creation of a national academy for cyber defense akin to West Point and she says the time to act on this is now. Gillibrand joins to break down how training young Americans in cyber defense will bolster national security, how the U.S. can craft even more painful sanctions for Russia and the instability of the conflict in Ukraine.

     

    The U.S. Department of Education is expected to soon complete its comprehensive review of Title IX regulations, which have been a major topic of discussion lately regarding transgender athletes. This review of Title IX will reportedly expand the rule to assert the rights of transgender students as well as rewriting procedures for schools adjudicating allegations of sexual assault. Former Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos joins to discuss her new book, Hostages No More and she explains why she believes these reported changes to Title IX would negatively impact women’s sports. She also discusses concerns that Title IX rewrites would take due process away from sexual assault adjudications at public education institutions and adds her thoughts on the latest education bill out of Florida.

    At the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Kherson was one of the first major cities to be captured. English teacher Tyler Jacob, is an American who was living there with his family when all of the chaos erupted. After boarding a bus with other foreigners attempting to flee the country, Jacob was detained by Russian troops. After spending ten days in a Russian jail, Tyler was released and is now safe at home in Minnesota. He joins the Rundown to discuss his detainment, what it was like being interrogated by Russian guards and how he was safely released.

  • Civilian Massacre In Bucha, Ukraine Sparks International Outrage

    On Monday, President Biden called for a war crimes trial against Russian President Vladimir Putin after reports and graphic images from Kyiv-area towns circulated, showing hundreds of Ukrainian civilians tortured and slain. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called this “a genocide” and Western leaders have made statements promising Moscow will face additional harsh sanctions for the atrocities seen in Bucha and neighboring Ukrainian towns. Director and Senior Fellow at the Middle East Institute and adjunct Professor of European Security at Georgetown University, Iulia Joja joins to discuss how the atrocities in Bucha demonstrate a new scare tactic from Russia.

     

    The Walt Disney Corporation has long enjoyed special privileges in the state of Florida which allowed them to self-govern their properties. These privileges may come to an end, however, due to the company's recent opposition to new state legislation. Governor Ron DeSantis unveiled the Parental Rights in Education bill which prohibits classroom discussion of gender and sexual identity, and critics such as Disney have denounced it, claiming it poses a risk to LGBTQ+ safety. Governor DeSantis responded to Disney's announcement with potential regulations that could limit Disney's independence in Florida. FOX Business correspondent Ashley Webster joins to discuss why Disney is getting involved in 'woke' politics and how it could impact their park's power in Florida.
