Joining Bill in the studio this week was York-based heavy rockers Pig Iron, making a welcome return to the show. Well, two-thirds of them - Neil on guitar and vocals, and Rich on bass & vocals. Third member Pete the drummer lives in Scotland, so his drumming is recorded onto the PeteBox. They played a storming set, including a couple of new tracks, segued Cut & Run seamlessley into a live version of the weekly jingle we use at 11:30pm, and ended on a cover of Black Sabbath's War Pigs.

Our studio guest had to postpone at the last minute, due to a rather large nail in a tyre on his car, so he has re-schedule for a few weeks' time. So, we decided to do a review of our stage at The Filey Folk Festival, playing a track from all 18 guest musicians we had on the stage over the two days. We also played new music, a few not-so-new tracks, The Shepherd's Selection, Backwards Weather, and The Weird Record of The Week.
