The police say they are now actively monitoring his social media posts, and they have refused to give further information on the new compulsory roadside oral drug testing regime, which Gray was seeking further information about, including asking specifically about safety data.

The conversation covers Gray’s concerns about the clear lack of safety data on the roadside drug swabs and chemical fluids, and the potential long-term health risks these could entail. High false positive rates, and concerns about infringing upon the Bill Of Rights are other major concerns. REPORT: A shocking revelation from whistleblower Barry Young's case has many people asking whether the New Zealand government just admitted it does not care if COVID vaccines caused excess deaths.

After nearly 900 days of legal warfare, Young says officials are refusing to even examine the anonymised government vaccine death data he exposed, while arguing in court that whether excess mortality occurred is “irrelevant.”

Young claims the data shows a major spike in deaths, and says authorities are desperate to keep the numbers out of the public court record because once they are officially acknowledged, accountability may become impossible to avoid.

What happens next could change everything.

If Young is recognised as a protected whistleblower, the case becomes a historic victory for whistleblower protections in New Zealand. If he loses, the case moves toward discovery, where Young says government officials could finally be forced to answer questions in open court.

This is now being viewed as one of the only major legal cases in the world involving real government vaccine data.

In this update with Whistleblower Barry Young, we discuss his latest court developments in the Protected Disclosures Act immunity hearing.

Young explains that the Crown has stated it no longer wishes to cross-examine him on the vaccine mortality evidence and has described excess deaths linked to the vaccines as “irrelevant,” even if proven.

Young details statistical analysis he provided to the court, including comparisons of observed versus expected deaths in 2022 for a cohort of approximately 2.2 million people.

The discussion addresses delays in the case, now approaching 900 days since his arrest, transparency in court proceedings, and the broader implications for whistleblower protections in New Zealand.

Liz Gunn speaks with Amanda, a former tenancy manager and property professional with 10 years of experience (including time working for Housing NZ), about her harrowing battle with Kainga Ora. After being defrauded of her life savings by a dishonest trustee, Amanda and her 88-year-old mother were forced into state housing.

When Kainga Ora decided to sell the property, Amanda was pressured for months to sign a false “voluntary relinquishment” declaration before any relocation options would be offered. Refusing to lie, she faced repeated threats of immediate eviction onto the street with her elderly, frail, and blind mother.

Amanda details the coercion, breaches of mandatory processes, withheld information, and what she describes as deliberate delays and misleading tactics by Kainga Ora staff. She highlights how the system appears designed to wear tenants down, with adjudicators seemingly favouring the agency.

This is not an isolated case - Amanda believes many other Housing NZ tenants are enduring similar treatment but lack the knowledge or resources to fight back.

The case raises serious questions about tenant rights, delegated authority, and accountability within New Zealand’s social housing system.
