In this episode, I go into raw and deep emotions with unexpected events coming into my life. Have you been in a go mode and getting shit done non stop? We all have, and we will tend to forget about our emotions and feelings. If it's not a full bodied hell yes, it's a hell no! Listen to your body, your emotions and let the universe surprise you.
