When most people think of a coach they think of the person who taught them to play a sport or who leads their favorite pro or college team. However, coaches aren't just for sports. There are all kinds of coaches in the world. There are life coaches, business coaches, nutrition coaches and yes, even personal finance coaches. In this episode we interview Carrie Williams of Running Valley Financial Associates, LLC and she talks about how she helps people get on track with their finances so they can create and travel down their own path to financial freedom.

If you start with the letter A then you draw a line to the letter B and A represents where you are right now in your financial journey and B represents where you want to go, otherwise known as your financial goals, which do you think is the most important? Would it surprise you if I told you that knowing where you are right now is not as important as knowing exactly what your financial goals are or where you want to go in the future?
In this episode, America's Chief Results Officer, Blaine Oelkers explains this concept in detail and teaches us other techniques to help us reach our financial goals.

Playing With fire sounds dangerous, but the FIRE movement is actually not about danger. In a way, it’s more about safety – or at least, having a safety net. Today, it’s not realistic to plan to work for the rest of your life. People are living longer thanks to better health practices and medicine, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re able to work for all of that extra time. So how can you make sure that you have the money you need to live on when you reach a point where working is no longer feasible or desirable? The answer lies in financial independence. Listen to the episode to learn more about the FIRE movement and the journey toward financial independence.
