No, You're Not Dying

The Friendship Evolution (Friend-ly Advice Pt. 2)

Listen Later

The gals are back with the second episode in their Friend-ly Advice series!

Things change over time - where you live, what you do for work, the clothes you wear, etc., etc. - so it's no surprise that friendships change, too. So why do we  sometimes judge ourselves negatively when they do?

Today we're covering the friendship evolution and why we all need to stop being so critical of ourselves when it comes to the types of friendships that we have. We chat about why popularity is overrated, how to understand whether or not you're *actually* envious, the importance of communicating your needs & why really knowing yourself makes you a better friend, and the reasons why our friend groups may reduce over time (hint: they take work like any other relationship and have we mentioned we, the adults, are tired???)

Plus, a yap fest on big weddings - and wedding parties - because why not.
