The Fright Crew

This month's theme is Destination Disaster and Jensen decided to pull Us from 2019 directed by Jordan Peele out of the Body Bag!

We talk about the immense amount of symbolism within this entire film, even if some of it is a bit convoluted. And we talk a little about annoying scraggly voices.

Also, we ship the hell out of Tim Heidecker and Elizabeth Moss.

We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for listening to us for 2 whole years! And not even to mention that we've gone on doing this talking thing for 100 fricken episodes! We also would love to shout out our previous guests that we've had on in the past year.

Sergio & Cody from The Horror Bandwagon with A Nightmare on Elm Street

Thanks to all of these amazing guests, we were able to let you in on some of the best conversations that the both of us have ever had honestly.

Also, stay to the end for a really fun guessing game that Jensen prepared for Courtney. We love you.

This month's theme is There's My Creepy Neighbor and we decided to pull Disturbia from 2007 directed by D.J. Caruso out of the Body Bag! We were also joined by the lovely and amazing Chanelle, Jensen's wife and podcast cohost from their new podcast Wow! That's Not Normal.

We talk about Shia LaBeouf a whole lot and we quote the movie a whole lot as well. Because this is one of those few moments where the film is perfect to all of us.

This month's theme is There's My Creepy Neighbor and we decided to pull Watcher from 2022 directed by Chloe Okuno out of the Body Bag!

We talk a lot about the insane beauty of this film and how yet again, we get another shitty male partner for our protagonist.

Also, would you go into an underground club called Museum? Because I'm pretty sure that we're down.

This month's theme is There's My Creepy Neighbor and Courtney decided to pull Fright Night from 2011 directed by Craig Gillespie out of the Body Bag!

We talk a bit about how dreamy Colin Farrell is this entire film. We also talk about how bad the cgi is in this flick.

Also, Courtney took up smoking 3 packs of cigs a day. Sorry, not sorry.

This week, we're Re-Animating an old episode, Fright Night from 1985 directed by Tom Holland. Jensen is now back from Chicago, but Courtney is now taking a much needed vacation! So look forward to next week, we're coming back at you with a new recording, Fright Night from 2011 which is Courtney's pick for our month's theme of There's My Creepy Neighbor!

This week, we're Re-Animating an old episode, The Thing from 1982 directed by John Carpenter. Jensen is in Chicago for vacation this week and Courtney is on vacation next week so The Fright Crew are taking a much needed break from recording but still want to put out some content for you to consume. Maybe you haven't heard this episode just yet, so if you haven't, give it a listen and Stay Spooky!

This month's theme is There's My Creepy Neighbor and Jensen decided to pull Summer of 84 from 2018 directed by Roadkill Superstars out of the Body Bag!

We talk a little about these teenage boys being incredibly horned up and also if the babysitter relationship thing was actually legal or not. We never found the conclusion to that one.

Also, why Woody??? WHY!? Sad Face =(

This month's theme is Good For Her and this week, we had our fantastic friend Roger on. He chose one of his absolute favorites, the original Martyrs from 2008 directed by Pascal Laugier to pull out of the Body Bag!

We talk a little about the fact that this was remade (terribly) for American audiences in 2015 and we talk about what we each believe the afterlife actually is. Turns out, it's not so beautiful to us.

Also, thanks to Roger, Jensen can no longer get soft smelly skin out of his head.
