  • Debra Silverman: The Missing Element
In a show for all of us who have ever felt that we are totally outside the norm, Debra Silverman, M.A., reveals a way to understand and find our gifts and place within this world.  Debra is the author of the new book The Missing Element: Inspiring Compassion for the Human Condition.  Using the wisdom of the ancients, Debra explores how compassion is the key to making peace with ourselves and everyone around us.
Using personality types based on the four elements, Water, Air, Earth and Fire, Debra shows how to understand the ways painful cycles repeat, helping us to move beyond into lives of lasting peace.
Debra works with people individually and in workshop settings to impart emotional wisdom through an understanding of the four elements. She received an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.  She trained at York University and studied Dance Therapy at Harvard.  Debra is also a talented astrologer.
"Debra Silverman reminds you what fun it is to be YOU, the singular, freakish, awkward YOU.  And she also reminds you of your potential, or your gifts to the world and of your place in it." ~ Sting

  • Gail Reichstein Rex: Earth Acupuncture
Acupuncturist Gail Reichstein Rex, L.Ac., is the author of the new book Earth Acupuncture: Healing the Living Landscape. After experiencing a powerful vision of the nuclear power plant near her home on and its toxic effects on the Hudson River, Gail discovered she could treat the landscape just as she treated her patients - by taking its pulses and treating the points of stagnant energy and pollution with acupuncture, drawing upon both Chinese medicine and Native American shamanic traditions.
Beyond the healing, we can communicate with the rivers, mountains, trees and rocks that surround us, allowing each of us to develop an authentic spiritual relationship with the living body of the Earth.
