Major League Baseball and the NBA are back and the NFL is less than a month away from opening kick off. What lessons from the MLBs failures and the NBA's successes are the NFL taking to heart? We think they aren't paying much attention at all and that is a very disturbing though considering they are arguably the most important sport for the US. After a tough year, society desperately needs a win and something that can bring us together. We hope the NFL doesn't drop the ball.

Major League Baseball was caught with its pants down when half of the Miami Marlins team came down with Covid after a team outing to a night club in Atlanta. Now they are postponing games and less than a week into the season, Covid is rearing its head. Is the NFL next?

Outside of a bubble, which probably wouldn't work given the roster sizes and duration of season for the NFL, what is the league going to do when players test positive for the virus? It will have a very real impact on the season and on everyone's fantasy football season.

The Washington Football team news from last year was underwhelming to say the least. Although sexual harassment is serious, it's not exactly a new storyline from the Washington franchise. Much of what was published two years ago. The more probable scenario is that the Washington Post couldn't get their sources to commit to much of the rumored stories and so now it's not even a story line and Dan Snyder gets to keep the franchise. Oh well!

What is going on with Dan Snyder and the Washington franchise? He's systematically ruining the DC area for football and has been for decades. Also, Sean and Sam are talking Zion and the NBA bubble as well as a positive testing spree in the NFL. What does it mean to the restart in both leagues? Regardless, sports is close and we're super pumped about that!!

Sean and Sam take on the topics of DeSean Jackson's twitter stupidity and the Washington Team Name Situation. Ultimately, we blame everything on humanity's lack of empathy for one another. For some reason, we instinctually flock to any tribe we can find and throw stones at anyone outside of our club. The world needs to get better and it needs to get better fast.

Cam Newton signed with the New England Patriots, but Sean isn't convinced that he's going to be the starter. The Patriots will roll with the quarterback that gives them the best chance to win and it's possible that Stidham can execute the offense better: much like Brady out-executed Drew Bledsoe all those years ago.

We are also talking about the NBA reboot. Dwight Howard will probably sit and Zion is in great shape.

Sean and Sam talk the NFL Hall of Fame Game. Its cancellation was completely predictable, but it was still noteworthy. Sean wonders why the NFL stubbornly stuck to their timeline 100%. And what's the latest on the NBA reboot? Are the rising cases in Florida starting to make things weird?

Sean and Sam talk about the NBA Restart and whether or not the increasing cases of Coronavirus could possibly impact the restart of the season. Though we haven't yet, you have to wonder whether or not the players and the NBA Player's Association will have something to say if they can't flatten the curve. It'll be interesting to watch over the next few months.

Is Dalvin Cook going to hold out from the Minnesota Vikings? If so, what does that mean for his fantasy football value? Should Alexander Mattison be moving up everyone's draft boards? We're also talking a bit about Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins and their issues with Clemson. Lastly, we talk about the NBA season reboot and who will win the NBA Finals.

Sean and Sam are talking about the civil unrest this country is facing and how Drew Brees, though he's entitled to an opinion, inserted himself into a no-win situation. His teammates are calling him out and that's what comes with taking a strong stance when emotions are so visceral.

We also talk the NBA's return to action in a lighter note!
