Welcome to The Bodhi Soul guided meditation sessions and The Fundamentals of Meditation: A 6 week meditation program for real life - where you’ll be learning how to integrate the aspects of calmness, focused awareness, and an open attitude (which you’ll experience during meditation practice) into your everyday life.
One session will be delivered to your inbox every Friday for six weeks. If you’re a paid subscriber you’ll also be getting your special weekly guided meditation, so you’ll have a couple new ones in time for your weekend. ;)

Remember meditation is a journey, not a destination. By joining this program you’ll learn simple meditation techniques to build on from one week to the next, creating a sustainable practice. Make sure to be patient with yourself and think of the positive effects of meditation; like reduced stress, improved self-awareness, and better emotional well-being, using them as motivation to keep going.
