Hello mindful souls!

Welcome to Week 4 of The Fundamentals of Meditation: A 6 week meditation program for real life - where you’re learning how to integrate the aspects of calmness, focused awareness, and an open attitude (which you’ll experience during meditation practice) into your everyday life.

As a subscriber, one session will be delivered to your inbox every Friday for six weeks. If you’re a paid subscriber, you’ll also be getting your special weekly guided meditation so you’ll have them in time for your weekend.

Remember meditation is a journey, not a destination. By joining this program you’ll learn simple meditation techniques to build on from one week to the next, creating a sustainable practice. Make sure to be patient with yourself and think of the positive effects of meditation; like reduced stress, improved self-awareness, and better emotional well-being, using them as motivation to keep going.
