Hello mindful souls!

Welcome to Week 6 of The Fundamentals of Meditation: A 6 week meditation program for real life - where you’re learning how to integrate the aspects of calmness, focused awareness, and an open attitude (which you’ll experience during meditation practice) into your everyday life.

We’ve reached the final session of this FREE program. I created it with the intention to serve as a foundation for you to start (or reestablish) your meditation journey. I truly hope it has been beneficial to you.

Remember meditation is a journey, not a destination. By joining this program you’ll learn simple meditation techniques to build on from one week to the next, creating a sustainable practice. Make sure to be patient with yourself and think of the positive effects of meditation; like reduced stress, improved self-awareness, and better emotional well-being, using them as motivation to keep going.
