Why is the adoption of new technology in buildings so challenging? How can facilities managers effectively manage the integration of new technologies in buildings? Dean is the Chairman of the Global Board of Directors with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Before joining commercial real estate, Dean spent 22 years in IT working for a large telecom company.
