This week we focus on brain health for teens!
Malin co-founded the Health Bank project for students with a colleague and it was awarded Best in Practice from the Nordic Council of Ministers 2010. Focusing on students' brains, Malin pursued a Post Graduate Degree in Neuroscience in Leadership, created a course for students about brain health and learning and was awarded The Helge Prize in 2016, which is given to teachers. That prize made it possible for Malin to write about brain tools for teens in 2017. Malin is an inspirational author and teacher. Today Malin discusses brain health and why it is so important.
