The streets are starting to get busy although it’s not as busy as before but it is definitely not a ghost town just like what the news is talking about. He also shares his perspective in politics that whoever you vote for doesn't make you who you are. It's just that people have different perspectives. In talking about politics, having a conversation will enable you to reach a mutual understanding even if you have different opinions. His biggest wish is to learn to not hate each other even if people have different perspectives. Lastly, he shares that the road state market is starting to peak up although he cannot predict the state of the economy for the next few years but he is optimistic that Real Estate in NYC will recover.

(MET) Metropolitan Environmental Trust does really do a great help in recycling our waste that cannot be disposed of through kerbside. Things like plastic bags, use motor oil, E-waste, and household batteries. None of these can go to the kerbside bins. MET can take all these and the best thing is it's free of charge. On 6th of March 2021, they will be conducting a yearly clean up called the Spring Green Clean and they will be accepting almost all types of waste like cardboard, paints. They will be opening services to people for free.

Cris Gillmore once became a client where they restored concrete structures to extend its service life such as bridges, dams, parking garages, etc., but he shifted from concrete to brewery business. He is already the owner of the Dead Armadillo Brewery. It started 7 to 8 years ago and they are also one of the first local breweries in the city of Tulsa where they are located outside in the ideal. Since they are a microbrewery or craft brewery, they are just producing a small number of barrels of beer unlike the big beer companies. They extract all the sugar of grain, let the yeast produce that sugar, and the yeast will be the one to produce the alcohol where it will undergo a complicated process to ensure the quality of the beer, longer shelf life and produce a different kind of beer as well. As per distribution, if the beer is not being sold on the premises they need to sell it with the retail store or liquor stores. Dead Amarillo also has a Taproom where they can consume beer on the property and there are tables already where they can sit in with their group since it has already been expanded and this excites the neighborhood.
