NYATEP's Executive Director Melinda Mack catches up with David Friedfel, Director of State Studies at the Citizens Budget Commission at the NYS Capitol.

Day 3 led us across town to the Rheinische Akademie a "private" vocational training school.  We met with the leadership, department heads, and heard directly from students about the school and the variety of STEM programs that lead to state recognized credentials.

Day 2 in Bonn started off a session with the talented economists at the IZA - Institute of Labor Market Economics.  Following the presentation, Melinda Mack, Executive Director at NYATEP sat down with Dr. Werner Eichhorst, Coordinator of Labor Market Social Policy in Europe for a conversation about youth unemployment.
