She grew up in the Russian countryside, immersed in the herbal folklore and old-school healing traditions. Since childhood Inga developed a fondness for plant medicine and is now a passionate advocate of natural healing and seasonally attuned holistic approach to health and life.
After moving to the US she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoist longevity practices, Auyrveda, and holistic nutrition.
Seeking to understand the dimensions of healing, she explored several energy healing modalities, including Kunlun Nei Gung, Feng Shui, Shamanic Healing, Energy Medicine, Touch For Health kinesiology, Polarity and Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic dance therapy.
Besides working in private holistic practice, Inga is also co-director and leading instructor at Academy of Healing Nutrition. She teaches workshops on food as medicine, herbalism, elixir craft and dance in US and Europe.
