Shuggie Otis, son of Johnny Otis, was a child prodigy in the music world. A multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter who never really saw commercial success, but who's music lives on in infamy. I'd write a whole lot more about him, but let's let this next hour of music by him and inspired by him speak for itself. Oh yeah, and 'Shuggie'? It's short for Sugar, like his mama called him as a baby.
