Chris Wilson is a former pro athlete, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, mentor, leader, artist, fashionista, and most importantly an all around great friend of the FYX. Krysta first connected with Chris when she was a client at Burn Boot Camp in Charlotte, NC, where he worked as the lead trainer of the franchise fitness studio. As you’ll hear in the episode, Wilson is hands down one of Krysta’s favorite fitness coaches of all time, and she attributes much of her personal fitness journey—and now career—to his training and guidance.

Since leaving Burn Boot Camp, Chris has dabbled in entrepreneurship, podcasting, art, thrifting, and meditation.

Chris and Krysta sat down after losing touch over the course of three years, so this episode was an enlightening opportunity to talk about, witness, and reflect on each other’s growth in that time.
