Jonah Mitchell is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and former collegiate athlete determined to help busy people realize they matter. ICYMI--constantly placing everyone's needs ahead of your own isn't making you a better person. In fact, it's getting in the way of your physical and emotional development. Jonah joined me on this episode of The FYX to help reframe the conversation around self-care and mental health. It's time we stop confusing self-care with being selfish--and for that matter, demonizing selfishness in general.


Jonah opens up about his childhood, past relationships, and the beliefs he's held onto for years--most of which he now realizes were limiting his potential.
