In her latest solo episode, Coach Krysta tackles mindset--more specifically: how the stories you continue to tell yourself are reinforcing the habits you're working to break and are getting in the way of the goals you truly desire to achieve. Krysta walks through some of her own personal struggles--and frankly, a few excuses--she's been facing in managing a much more demanding workload, and how she sees these challenges as an opportunity to reframe her goals, but most importantly, continue to chase them.


Krysta provides a little bit of tough love throughout this conversation, explaining that the people who have accomplished the same goals you hope to reach are the same people who are willing to make difficult choices and sacrifices. These are the people who are willing to put their heads down and do the work, regardless of the short-term satisfication they may be "giving up" for the long-term gain. She also pushes listeners to consider why they may be great at getting started, but find themselves struggling to continue along a specific fitness or nutrition journey.
