Happy New Year, FYX listeners! The start of the new year typically brings a renewed focus on weight loss, toning up, building muscle, and improving your health. This episode is for you if you want to make LASTING change. 23% of people quit their New Year's resolution in the first week, which means many already have as of the date of this episode. And less than 40% make it past February.


This is not the podcast for quick fixes. It's the podcast for ACTUAL solutions. So what does Coach Krysta suggest? Start by auditing how you spend your time, and more importantly, who you spend it with. Some questions to consider:
- Are the people you're spending time with supporting you in your growth? Are they supporting you along your pursuit to becoming your best YOU?
- Are there investments you might consider making--like some type of coach--to make your goals that much easier to achieve? The first step towards real change begins with asking for help.
- Are you SO focused on the outcome that you're losing sight of the process? The process is the challenge: it's okay to desire faster results, but we have to be willing to put in the work to get there. When roadblocks come up, how we handle them--specifically, our ability to move forward--influences how much longer it will take to reach our desired results.
