In this episode, Coach Krysta details her own mistakes in stopping working with a coach as soon as she reached her goal weights in the past. Today, Krysta always maintain her own nutrition coach for her nutrition and fitness because she's learned how that's helped her with accountability and maintaining her results.
We're giving you the exact blueprint that we teach our 1:1 clients to lose body fat, all while spending less time in the kitchen and continuing to enjoy the foods they love. We call phase 4 our FREEDOM phase. In this phase, we teach clients how to:
- transition out of a calorie deficit without the yo-yo of weight gain
- actually maintain the weight loss they've worked so hard to lose
- focus on their habits, and really see how these habits are now a part of their identities: this is the phase they prove to themselves--not just their coach--that they will show up differently for the long haul
- intentionally not track their food
- take diet breaks for their mental well being and to maintain a healthy relationship with food
- see food tracking as a tool that will always be available, but can be more or less important during specific seasons of their lives
