Coach Krysta is joined by two incredible women in this episode, fellow fitness and nutrition coaches Lexi De Young and Melissa Ebling. Lexi and Melissa are the co-founders of Alignment Athletics. Through their own fitness journeys, Lexi and Melissa noticed several gaps within the coaching industry – namely a lack of community, education, and health beyond the external “look” of being fit. After moving in together and realizing they were on the same mission to help as many women as possible, the pair created Alignment Athletics – to help women look and feel their best, find their balance, and live with confidence. They wanted to create an unbreakable community where women could feel safe and celebrate one another along the way. Alignment exists to make reaching any woman’s health and fitness goals easy. With all clients, the team focuses on educating around nutrition, training, & their bodies; optimizing health from the inside out; and building an unstoppable mindset to set them up for lifelong success.
