Just about any fitness studio can brag on its community--to the point where it's not so much a selling point as it is a standard practice today. The exception? The Athletic Clubs. NYC's private-member club that's structured to where participants train in squads: upon enrollment, you're assigned a specific group (up to 25 people), a dedicated coach, and 2 set times per week where your squad trains together. This isn't your average drop-in, transactional boutique workout.
