As I was preparing for the month of August it hit me like a tone of bricks. It hit me that this month was the 8th month of the year and not only that what the number 8 means.

I had the chance to sit back and realize that in life what you want, not only are you to go and get it but you also must fight for it. Fighting for your dreams and goals is an every day battle so you must come out the corner swinging and protecting. Similar to a fighter who has 12 rounds to fight for the title you have 12 months to fight to make your dreams a reality yearly. So put your gloves on a fight like a Go Getta and Go Get Yours!

I have learned that behind every great photo on instrgaram and stat that the truth lies in the work to reach that. In a world where social media is the new validation for life many times one can only see the glitz's and glamor of reaching a goal, a dream or a place one wants to be; thats The Pretty. In seeing the pretty not many are given the opportunity to see The Ugly; the failures, the blood sweat and tears to get to that place and the work put in we call The Grind. You see there truly is Ugliness in Success.

In this episode I ask the question "What Kind Of Bird are you?" We all have heard the saying birds of a feather flock together, so the importance in this is knowing what kind of bird you are. Remember Birds Of a Feather Flock Together.
