Lantz Carter is the co-founder of BeMore Elite, a youth lacrosse organization focused on developing players in Baltimore and beyond, and a former standout player at Salisbury University. Born and raised in Baltimore, Lantz grew up immersed in the city’s lacrosse culture, with deep family ties to the 10 Bears, the first HBCU lacrosse program.
Lantz played at Monroe Community College before transferring to Salisbury, where he won two national championships and was part of a team widely recognized as a “team of the decade.” Following college, he competed on the LXM Pro Tour, gaining experience on the national stage and further developing his skills and lacrosse philosophy.
