The deadline to withdraw from the NBA has passed and there are literally HUGE implications on next season. Chris and Babar break down all of the decisions from the past week and how they'll impact the league moving forward. They also touch on some Boilermakers In The News, plus a quick Kramer Award submission that will surely draw the ire of every Indiana fan that listens.

The show opens with an easy 20 minutes of hating and dunking all over Kansas and Kansas fans for melting down about Mackenzie Mgbako's commitment to Indiana over the weekend. We're also joined by friend of the show Ben G (@KickNyrgios) to discuss our favorite deranged Ringer NBA Guide Draft comparisons for the primary Big Ten prospects. Lastly, a quick Kramer Award submission from a listener.

As the deadline looms for players to enter the transfer portal, roster movement continues to shape the Big Ten's outlook for next season. We discuss Boo Buie's return and where that leaves Northwestern in the pecking order as well as bidding adieu to Hunter Dickinson.
And because this is a college basketball adjacent podcast, we are obligated to do 10 minutes on Bronny James's commitment to USC, which we're claiming as being Big Ten news.

There's not a single interesting thing happening in the Big Ten right now, other than talented wing transfers simply refusing to come play basketball in the league. Is it an issue? Probably! Will anything change? Probably not!
We also FINALLY get back to discussing listener-submitted content, including a pair of email questions and the highly anticipated return of the Chris Kramer Awards. It's definitely an off-season pod, folks.

The Big Ten season is officially* over, so it's time to dive right into the offseason content. What better way to do that than with the first annual Smackolades Awards, given to the Big Ten's most loathsome individuals.
We also discuss the Big Ten's refusal to do anything to change its chances at success in the NCAA Tournament as well as the massive void left at Penn State after an all-time bag fumbling letting Micah Shrewsberry get away.
*The NIT is not a real event.

The first weekend of the NCAA Tournament is in the books and hey would you look at that, only one team is left and it's those goddamn Michigan State Spartans.
Tom Izzo worked his voodoo March magic again, but the story of the opening weekend was Purdue being on the wrong end of one of the biggest upsets in the history of human civilization. Matt Painter, you are NOT beating The Allegations. Plus, some discussion on the future outlooks for Indiana, Penn State, and Northwestern following their second-round departures.

You'd think we'd open up with bracket talk and what each team needs to do to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament. If you think that, then you clearly don't understand the premise of this show.
No, we're opening with the Rutger Hate Hour brought to you by a half-eaten Jersey Mike's sub.
After that, we talk brackets around the 45:00 mark, so if you're only here for bracket talk, I guess you can skip to that.
Lastly, join our bracket pool for a chance to win a Homefield gift card. Details will be posted on our Twitter account.

The calendar has officially flipped to March and it's time for the piggies to overindulge in slop for the next 3 weeks.
The Big Ten regular season culminated with buzzer beaters, last-day shenanigans, and Rutger-induced hostility towards our beloved Babar. It's been a long and winding road to get there, but it's time for Slopfest in Chicago. Crimes, Babar, and Chris discuss the wild final week of the season and speculate on what teams on the bubble need to do to get into the NCAA Tournament. They also provide their Big Ten regular season awards, which are not at all biased and are completely in good faith.
Tell a friend to tell a friend and let's all enjoy the Big Ten's impending demise in March. It's truly the best time of year.

After the wildest weekend of the Big Ten season, the crew convenes to discuss Indiana's sweep of Purdue, an insane Sunday that included Michigan and Rutger pulling out stunners, and running through the final week of the regular season by discussing who's still in the mix for the double-bye and NCAA Tournament. There's also the first standalone Chris Kramer Award submission because there's just that much hate to go around.
