Talaga bang bawat sulok e puro anime at video games? High quality of living ba? Totoo ba IRL 'yung mga weebshit na nakikita natin sa video games at anime?

I don't consider myself as a big fan or diehard fan of Toriyama. Dragonball isn't even on my Top 5 greatest anime of all time. Unpopular opinion, I think Chronotrigger is overrated.

Pero last Friday, after hearing the news of his passing, namalayan ko na lang na umiiyak na 'ko. At 'yung iyak napunta sa hagulgol. Hanggang sa nag-flashback lahat ng memories ng Dragonball.

Mga drawing ko sa likod ng notebook ko, 'yung pencilcase kong may built in na pantasa tapos Dragonball ang design, kapag nagka-kamehameha ako sa balde ng tubig, kapag nagsu-super saiyan ako gamit 'yung Palmolive shampoo, kapag nagre-rent kami ng VHS tape ng Dragonball Na Japanese dub at walang sub kasama si Papa, at marami pang iba.

Lahat nag flashback, tangina. Habang inaalala ko lahat, walang tigil 'yung iyak ko. Parang may malaking parte ng pagkatao ko 'yung nawala at namatay rin kasama niya.

Lagi namang nasa huli ang realization. Realization kung gaano kabigat 'yung impluwensiya ng Dragonball sa buong pagkatao ko, namin, natin.
