Had some issues with recording over the last few days but I'm back.

This morning, I'm just sort of talking about some muffins in the oven and my fiance looking up new foods I've never heard of.

My fiance and I are trying to live healthier than we ever have before, despite what is going on in the world. We have been exercising regularly and also been doing intermittent fasting.

I haven't been very productive this past week since I've been away from the podcast. However, I have spent quality time with family during our self-quarantine. 

Over the next few days or even weeks, I will be talking about the current pandemic that is unfortunately sweeping the globe.
