Sometime in life we are privileged and blessed enough to have two active and responsible parents...then at times we are gifted the presence of one responsible parent and one none responsible parent...which normally turns out to be the "toxic" parent due to the fact they can come and go as they please but leave the child with the urge to be in their presence due to the fact that they're often the "fun parent" and the kid/kids have more fun doing and saying things that you wouldn't normally do with the primary disciplinarian parent!
