Steve is a young successful professional that enjoys hiking, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.   In this episode, we catch up in our friendship and joke a little.   We dive into his life in high school and how he chooses his major in college due to his love for Math and Science.  After occurring harder and harder math courses, he switched his major a couple of times but "was shooting by the hip" going into the real world once he graduated with a psychology degree.   While waiting on tables in his limbo years, he seized an opportunity to further his education in an accelerated Masters program.   With a Masters degree, he moved onto sales and leadership roles in Enterprise.  Currently, he works for Indeed and he credits his success with the communication skills and leadership skills he acquired along his career path.

In this episode, Sean unpacks how his goal of being accepted into a top-tier college has shaped his work ethic and his success in life.  After getting into college, Sean really didn't have a goal or career in mind and picked an Economy major due to the practicality and application.  We travel through his many careers:  a short-lived career as a financial advisor, health care recruiting, and being a Meta recruiter.  Additionally, we discuss how his side hustle in real estate is starting to look like it could be his main hustle.  We discuss how cold calling and joining clubs have helped develop the sales skills and social skills necessary to succeed in life and get him to the point he is at today.

Episode 6 is an "explosive" episode with Cassius.  We get into how he struggled picking a school based on faith, turning down a scholarship for basketball, getting into the army, and landing a job in the oil field.  Cash is exploring the real estate game and trying to leverage social media to grow his brand.  We discuss the "who not how" book and how it has changed his outlook on life on how to become successful.  Great episode with a great dude.

Episode 5 features Ravneet, a 1st generation American, who explains his struggle in school and in life.  It is a rollercoaster of a ride, but he explains how something so simple as a mindset shift was key to turning his life around.   We discuss dropping out of college, re-applying and being accepted back, and how he not only graduated with straight A's but went for an MBA.  Furthermore, we unpack how he took over a Baskin-Robins business and is now breaking into real estate investing as a land developer.  His story is inspiring to anyone who wants to change their life circumstances through perseverance, self education and formal education, and a good mindset.     

Stephanie Chong has had a great life traveling the world but discusses how it's not always a highlight reel, as seen on Instagram.  She started off her young adult life by realizing early on that graphic design was not for her and switched her major to focus on Advertisement PR and marketing.   Out of college she started off cold calling as a recruiter, but her artistic, creative side drove her to explore a new job as a flight attendant.  We touch on the certification, the responsibilities, and the lifestyle of a flight attendant.  This episode is a good one to listen to if you have ever wanted to travel for free and see different parts of the world as part of your job.

Chelsea discusses her journey after getting denied from dental school.  She starts as a HPLC QC chemist, climbs the cooperate ladder and does so at a very impressive rate.  She discusses her killer attitude when it comes to seizing opportunities and being intentional with her talents to add value to her direct reports.  Exploring options, networking, and questioning the "old way" has paved a way to her success and the ability to live a life of travel while being employed.   Ironman competitions, former colligate swimmer, beer-loving, WVU-loving, and savvy businesswoman; Chelsea commands respect and admiration in any room she enters.
