This is a very special interview because we have the amazing chef Rachel Allen here on this podcast. Rachel was one of the lead cooks during the demonstrations at Ballymaloe and has inspired many through her amazing cookbooks and the joyful energy she brings to the culinary course. This time we are going into a different direction- STEM Sciences  and how a gap year is a lovely time to develop a startup.

This episode focuses on my own personal journey with university applications, comparing how I felt submitting my personal statements to German and UK Universities during my Gap Year VS 12th grade (IB2).

I am excited to share this one, because I wanted to show through this episode  and my future episode with Faris, that you are not alone. So many student work so hard for these university applications, that no one takes a moment and be proud of the work they have done for the last couple of years!

This is an amazing episode which focuses on, the importance of:

This is my third interview for this season and I am very happy that we talked about these topics. Eva made the hard decision to take  her second semester off and do half a gap year. And throughout this interview she was talking about her personal experience with copying with this choice and making the most out of the rest of the year. Truly inspirational for everyone, that is scared about uni applications.
