Amy Hudson is a CrossFit athlete and coach, a powerlifter, and an avid strongman competitor. I originally wanted to have her on the show to talk about her experiences and involvement in all of these sports and the potential benefits of how they can be used to supplement and enhance one another, but I got more than I originally anticipated.
I got Amy's honest account of her journey into strength sports. As it turns out, for many years, Amy was hesitant and reluctant to share some of the details you're going to hear today.
This is the first time she is publicly sharing her journey in the hopes of inspiring someone else who has a similar past. I can't thank her enough for her candid interview and have the utmost respect the amount of vulnerably and strength required to talk about some of these things for the first time, and in a recorded interview no less.
I found her account to be inspirational, and I hope you will find your strength in listening to her story.
