It is so important we have perspectives available to us that can help us navigate some our own mental health challenges. I've dealt with health and death anxiety for some years now. It's been both a blessing and a curse. It hasn't been until I've made room for it to exist that I've been able to deal with it in a real way. Today has been a challenge for me and I wanted to share some of my thoughts and what it's been like dealing with such issues WHILE recovering from COVID after testing negative. LIVE FROM THE BED!

The feeling of evolving in real time is a blessing in disguise.
