Last week, I was having dinner with a good friend and we were chatting about the fear and anxiety that comes from asking questions that you may not get the answer you want or trying something new that you may fail at. Since my brain likes to sometimes make analogies, I came up with this as a little pep talk. There's two zones- the "control zone" and the "joy zone." As you listen, please remember you're taking advice from someone who runs her vehicle until she's literally praying that she makes it to the gas station before she runs out of gas...ooops! Anyways, I love you and I hope you live in the joy zone more than you live in the control zone.
