I talk about the role alcohol has played in my romantic relationships, how it's impacted my day-to-day and what I feel like I'm missing.
Personally, I have probably consumed alcohol 5 days or less this year. 
No matter your preference, if you consume responsibly, can we agree to only care about what's in our own cup?

10. Life’s a rollercoaster – embrace the highs and lows.
11. You can’t control others, and that's freeing.
12. Most people are doing their best, even on tough days.
13. Newsflash: Nobody has it all figured out – we're all winging it!

Kristi, an Enneagram 6w7, shares her journey from the sunny state of Florida to the beachside views of Ecuador. We delve into her passion for the Enneagram and how it led her to create Enneagram University, a program dedicated to certifying competent Enneagram coaches and teaching them how to integrate this powerful tool into their coaching practices.

We also explore Kristi's bold and fun accessory brand, roziejune, which combines fashion with advocacy. With roziejune, advocacy has never been cuter.

Living abroad in Ecuador has brought Kristi many adventures, from trying out weird ice cream toppings to navigating life in a country where she doesn't speak the language fluently. Kristi’s stories about waxing, friendship, and daily life in Ecuador are both hilarious and heartwarming.

In this episode, I dive into my experience attending a women's entrepreneurial group event where I knew absolutely no one. Despite initial nerves, I quickly made friends and felt an overwhelming sense of support from the incredible women there. These women fiercely supported one another and genuinely wanted to see others win.

We participated in a powerful exercise designed to remind us that we're never truly alone, even when it feels like we are. This activity highlighted the importance of community and connection. Additionally, we had an insightful chat about the power of positive and negative thoughts and how they can shape our journeys.

Today, we're chatting about something we all deal with: worrying about what others think. Let's dive into why it's okay to ignore those doubts and keep chasing after what you want.

We've all had moments when someone's quick opinion made us second-guess ourselves. But you know what? Those thoughts only last a few seconds, and they don't define us.

Think about it: How many times have you wanted something so badly, and despite what others said, you went for it anyway? Sure, it might have taken a bit longer, but you got there in the end, right? That's what counts.

And let's talk about criticism. Instead of letting it bring you down, why not use it to your advantage? Take those negative comments and turn them into motivation to be even better.
