Indian Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar visited the U.S. this week, where he signed the long awaited Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement with Ash Carter, his American counterpart. On the 24 August 2016, 22,000 pages of classified documents from France's DCNS was leaked. The documents contained sensitive information regarding India's newly acquired Scorpene-class submarines.
