While many churches avoid controversial topics, here at The Gathering we tackle them head on. Is there something you want to know? The Bible is full of dynamic duos. Elizabeth and Mary, Samuel and Eli, David and Nathan, Ruth and Naomi, Paul and Timothy. Jesus event sent the disciples out in groups of two. Great leaders in scripture also had mentors and mentored others. Unfortunately, we often try to "go it alone" in life – whether at work, in marriage, or in our spiritual life. However, scripture shows the power of having others in our life to learn from and to invest in. Join us as we explore the dynamic duos in the Bible and learn what they have to teach us about the kinds of relationships we should be seeking in our lives.
