Paul recognized the problem of a powerless religion but fortunately, he also recognized the solution. “Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.” 1 Cor. 14:1
Paul is telling us to increase our desire for the supernatural power of God to flow in our lives. It is not a desire which sits still, it is a desire that pursues, hunts, longs for.
