Most sermons about Peter's denials of Jesus focus on Peter's worst day, but God's at His best when we're at our worst, and the mercy Jesus showed Peter is what got highlighted when the rooster crowed! Instead of a reminder of Peter's failure, the rooster's crow became a reminder of God's mercy everyday for the rest of Peter's life! Thankfully, mercy still crows for us today!
