Season 19 : Killer Pairs 

In the 1990s, a pair of criminal sisters realized they could use children as a distraction during their robberies. The began a years long campaign of kidnapping children to use as pawns in their crimes. Then, when they were done with them, they would kill them and dispose of the bodies.
