Top of the morning to ya! (no one says that – we know). Happy St. Patrick's Day Gen Y'ers! As promised, this week the Gang have a special treat in store as they meander about London town talking to everyone about the Emerald Isle, St. Paddy himself, and what they know about our heritage! Join Conor, Nikki, and John on this magical journey – plus they give an insight into their own experiences with this historic day and chat about the Irish have conquered the globe. Enjoy!
This week we sit down to discuss the dark world of cyber bullying and trolling. After the tragic death of Caroline Flack, we unfortunately discovered what the nasty side of the internet can do. We ask why people "troll", where it originally came from, and question our involvement in the harassment of celebrities in gossip columns and glossy mags. Do we all have a part to play? Did millennials create this trolling culture? Can we change it with "Caroline's Law"?
We take a closer look at our experiences of online bullying, discuss the results of the polls we guys took part in and had the privilege of sharing one listeners very personal story with cyber bullying. If you are affected by the issues discussed in this weeks episode, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need someone to talk to. We chose to listen to Caroline and say - in a world where you can be anything, be kind.
This week the gang are talking about the one thing that motivates more than almost anything else in the world – money! We have a long chat about the important role money plays in our lives, loves, and friendships – plus we discuss the changing role it's played in our lives compared with previous generations. Do you downplay your earnings? Hide some cash from your partner? Let's find out, shall we? Enjoy xo
BFF'S 4EVA RIGHT?! This week we chat about the complicated world of friendships! Generation Y are apparently the loneliest yet, what has the world come to millennials?! We discuss results from our poll on friendships that you guys kindly participated in and were surprised by some of the results! We chat about how hard it can be making new friends in your late 20's and tips on how to help. Stay tuned to the end as we reflect on some of our friendships and how to deal with toxic ones, yikes! As always, there are lots of funny, witty, stats-y (and this week a little weird) conversations. Don't forget to rate, and subscribe. Enjoy!
It's time for RELATIONSHIPS Part Two as we take a look at how The Gays™ are redefining what relationships mean for them – plus a SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from Conor and John!
