The Generations Show, What Generation are you?

As the mix of staff in all industries changes in 2022, Jeff Polo And Ian Nethercott thought it was time to discuss how the different Generations in the automotive industry interact, help one another and in some cased create conflict.

After all, as the younger generations become part of the team and interact with customers of all ages it is important that we all work together to create the best environment possible in the changing retail world of today.

We all know change is hard, but change is needed.
