The description of the podcast defines my journey at its best. I would love to share  how I discovered my own inner Genius and how I am helping other people through it and living my best life. I hope it inspires your audience and to also share the knowledge I have gained along the way.

"I worked for the corporate world before. I was just frustrated with my job as I had no creative freedom, no location-based freedom, nothing that made me feel happy to go to my office every morning. Finally one morning I decided I am going to quit. It was surely nerve-wracking because I was saying no to a stable income source. But I did it anyhow because being my own boss is what I always dreamt of.  Having a business of my own is what I wanted I saved up, invested, learned, implemented, and started to earn from Instagram with less than 500 followers  Let me tell you I started with o followers.   So now I teach all my secrets, learnings, and experiences to business owners so that they can build a community and Scale their business  I am a social media-obsessed, content-creating Nerd who turned her passion into a career. I started Anjum Bhandari Marketing with the sole purpose of supporting businesses to leverage the power of social media to help them grow and make their mark in the digital world  I have worked and guided 25+ businesses, helped them nail their social media strategy, focusing on increasing metrics such as lead generation, inquiries, and sales."

In this episode of the Genius Activator, Nilofer talks with Rita Desnoyers-Garcia, a spiritual coach for stressed out professional moms who inspire her to be a channel for genius in their work together. She shares her journey to discovering her own genius from being stuck in a business that was royally failing and feeling like a complete failure as a person to being asked by a coach to be kind and gentle with herself. Just that act was revelatory and it led her down a path of researching and practicing self-compassion. She realized that she was in love with this topic and others around self-development, and women being free to be fully themselves.

More and more she's been able to expand the enjoyment of living from her genius - whether it's through her presence, her coaching, her creativity in comedy, music, or cooking.

In this episode of the Genius Activator, Nilofer talks to Tincuta Nitu, who used to think that her calling was helping people eat well. But as she continued on this path, she soon became drained of energy. It felt like no matter what she was doing, she couldn't find her place and felt lost. Took a break from social media to spend time in her own energy. Wrote her first book of short stories in that time. And realized that what she truly wanted to do was course content creation. And that was it. Felt so in flow, so right. Regardless of the obstacles, she keep going.

She loves the idea of inspiring the world that it is possible to find and stay in our zone of genius. It doesn't feel like work.

In this conversation, Juliette Stapleton, shares her journey with not one but 2 genius activations. The first one in 2019 when she got extremely active on her facebook profile, grew an audience, created a talkshow to position herself among successful entrepreneurs and discovered a great gift of guiding people through building their online visibility as personal brands - which is THE only way that coaches and experts can truly build connection and attract clients.

In 2021 the second Genius Activation happened. She found the answers to her calling in Human Design and started following her own Human Design Strategy and Authority with visible improvement in the flow of life. And as I looked deeper into other people's designs she started developing a sense why certain popular strategies do not work. Why particular people were resisting some things while others were so natural at them. She started seeing the anatomy of people's personal magnetism through the Human Design perspective so they can show up confidently, speak with conviction and activate their natural magnetism within. Which means more aligned clients and more security in generating the revenue they need. Which means more fulfilment in their businesses and lives.
