In this weeks podcast episode we continue our journey through Lent but this week we shift our focus from the discipline of prayer to the disciple of fasting. Most people don't enjoy this discipline because its just plain hard. Life often seems hard enough, we don't like going without our comforts. But what if there was more to fasting than just going without our comforts? What if fasting was a vehicle to transformation and greater freedom and healing?

In this weeks episode, host Karen Doyle, is joined by guest Beth Bubik from the Catholic Fasting Coach. Together they explore some of the barriers to fasting and how to overcome them. How we can experience restoration and healing through fasting. As well as how fasting reorders our desires and leads us to freedom in Christ. And how we can live lives with Godly order that will see us flourish in life.
