The channeled collective guidance for December focuses on the emerging energy of 2026 and the palpable shift we’ll experience — both within ourselves and within the collective. As our guides shared, this is “super-speed energy,” offering access to an ongoing portal of fluidity, directness, and accelerated creation in our lives, goals, and ways of being. This expansion is here to support us — if we choose to fully open our hearts.

DECEMBER PRACTICE + JOURNAL PROMPTS

PRACTICE —

* Engage in the recommended “Quiet Listening” meditation from our guides

* Find a quiet comfortable space where you can close your eye, relax, and quietly listen to yourself and connect with your internal self and heart space, receiving the information that wants to be shared with you from within.

* Refrain from listening to music or doing a guided meditation, this is meant to be a quiet meditative practice to slow down and truly be present with yourself uninterrupted.

* Do this practice often throughout this month and beyond if desired.

* Stay in meditation for at least 20 mins or more, allowing the mind to chatter at first if it does so, while simply witnessing. Then your inner self will step forward to share insights.

JOURNAL —

* Journal your experience from your Quiet Listening meditation:

* What came forward when I quietly listened and connected with my internal self?

* What did I see, hear, feel, or know? (What did you experience through your senses, emotions, or mind’s eye or voice, either prominently or subtly?)

* How does this make me feel?

* What do I truly need in the month of December?

* How can I show myself love today? (Take note of what you need, and also take action on what you receive to give yourself love each day. Do this as often as you can, ideally each day in December.)
