Sir Steve Redgrave won gold medals at five consecutive Olympic Games from 1984 to 2000. An absolute honour and a privilege to speak with him during the epic Doddie Aid event World in a Day.

Steve was fully involved in the day and was on his own bike at home while chatting with Nashy.

From career highs to illnesses that could have ended his career Steve discusses his Olympic journey in this engaging conversation.

A highlight of the conversation is when Dame Katherine Grainger joins Steve on the call and the two of them discuss high performance, mindset and international rowing.

Near the end of the Pod Endurance cyclist mark Beaumont joins the chat for a catch up with Steve.

There were around 100 cyclists on the call at the same time and thousands of viewers watching across social media all raising funds for Doddie Aid.

Skyla is Nashy's 7 year old daughter and she is showing a real interest in the Ocean, sealife and exploring. It was fantastic to create the opportunity for her to catch up with Marine Biologist Dr Diva Amon.

Max McMurdo joins Nashy for a chat from his floating house boat in Bedford. An upcycler with many a story from Dragons Den to workshops with the Scottish Rugby team.

Max is passionate about his rugby and heads home to Scotland regularly to watch games at Murrayfield when he's not making TV shows or inspiring future generations from his double decker bus workshop.
