Zoe Weston is a woman of many talents.
She is healer who specializes on women in their child bearing years with postpartum recovery.
She works with people to organize their space for both health (energy and spiritual) as well as flow (conducive to what you will use and do in that space).
She also leads a book club which starts in April so look for that.
You can see all of her wares at zoeweston.com but I recommend you give this episode a listen and hear how she accesses her creative inner self and helps others do so.
I connected with her around her love of water. She uses her swimming workouts to access the flow. To her being in the water is a form of meditation as it is with me.

However, she also a writer, a playwright, a mother, a wife, and a creative dynamo.

In this episode we speak with my friend and supporter Wayne Gabriel. You never know what's going to happen when you start a conversation with him (AND I was not disappointed here).
Wayne has played pro hockey, been a bass player in many rock bands, and then found his way into the world of information technology and program management.
He is a father of 4 and supporter of many.
We look back at the past to see our way to the future and pull in how the creative process (and releasing your Creative Kraken) is going to get you into the flow and lovin' life.
As Master Wayne YO-DAH Gabriel tells me (his padawan): No more lookin' back; respect life and enjoy the journey.
So, give our convo a listen and maybe we'll brighten your day.

Episode 8 was very impactful for me.
Zineb Layachi is one of the most fun and inspirational humans I have ever had the pleasure in meeting.
I was so engaged in this conversation that I failed to notice some kinks the audio quality. After much contemplation I have decided to release the episode as is (rather than rerecord of "fix in post" <== Technically, I fixed in post as much as possible).
This conversation was fun, funny informative, inspirational, and spontaneous. It is my hope that you find a tid bit or two which you can apply in your life to help you release your creative kraken.
It is Zineb's and my belief that when one is in the act of creating something, anything they are in the flow and living a live fulfilled.
Come join the Big Z and me and laugh with us... learn with us... be with us!
